Personal empowerment also means developing leadership skills. In a green skills context, leaders can positively influence others by promoting sustainable behaviors and leading green projects and initiatives. Self-empowerment helps build resilience and adaptability. In the face of environmental challenges, it is essential that people are able to cope and overcome difficulties, adapting to change and finding innovative solutions
